How to use:
- Download the application
- Open your Wi-Fi phone network and connect the Wi-Fi controller device called LEDnet *****.
- Open the app, register your account with your own email address. Once the account is registered, add your device.
- Connect your home Wi-Fi network, enter the password for your home Wi-Fi network, the connection is established, and your remote is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- After successfully connected to your home network, you can use the application to control the LED bar, as long as someone downloads APP and successfully connected to the network, they can control the LED strip

We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well. Please note that the Next Day Delivery orders wont be delivered on Saturday, for Saturday Delivery please Saturday at the checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.
Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £80 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is that these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
