Standard 2-4 days delivery is free in the UK. There no minimum order quantity to qualify for FREE DELIVERY. Our standard delivery with a weight of more than 0.3 can be tracked.
All orders placed before 1 pm noon, on a normal working will be dispatched the same working day.
We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD & UPS. If your order is placed after 1 pm, the order will be dispatched on the Next Working Day.
Please note that the Next Working Day Delivery doesn't apply on Saturday or Sunday. If you want your parcel to be delivered on Saturday then please choose Saturday Delivery at the Checkout.
International Delivery
We now ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders will be sent by a trackable method with DPD, Hermes or Parcel Force.
We deliver to most countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North & South America. Please see the checkout page for an accurate quote for your country.
Delivery Process
We aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is pending and another once the goods have been despatched.
If we are out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order (unless we are expecting stock within a reasonable timeframe)
Any customers who have paid for ‘next day or ‘courier next day’ will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfil the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock – as long as you agree to this.
What happens if items go missing in the post? (UK only)
Our parcel delivery rate is 99.9%, we use a tracked delivery service and provide you with the tracking information so you can track your parcel.
If you suspect your item has gone missing in the post please allow 14 working days to pass from the date of posting, we will put a claim in with Royal Mail to investigate and issue you a replacement in the meantime. Please Note: we cannot send orders to non-fixed addresses i.e ships.

Return & Refunds
Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £80 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is because these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel an order (for any reason) from the time of order up to 14 days from receiving the goods (14 days from receipt of the last package if the goods are sent in more than one delivery). To cancel please email us at sales@glowleds.co.uk.
You can return any unused product in its original condition within 14 days of delivery if the item is no longer required or needed. All products must be returned within 14 days in order to qualify for the Return period. Any type of modification to the lights will invalidate the warranty. Once the lights have been modified no replacement or refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to deduct 25% restocking fee from all items that are not returned in their original packaging or condition.
If you are returning goods (whether for cancellation or they are faulty) please do so in the original packaging and include all instruction manuals and similar. For “no-fault” cancellations as a consumer, you must bear the cost. For returns where there is a fault you pay the postage/courier upfront and we will reimburse it when we receive them back and confirm that they are indeed faulty. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification of return or cancellation.
Our manufacturers' packaging must also be protected in transit and returned in original condition. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive a refund for the item, or receive a replacement provided the return is within the 7 day period. After this period the item will be repaired and returned to you. Please contact us before returning faulty items.
If the item becomes faulty within the warranty period (12 Months) then we will issue you a replacement. Please note that we will only be able to send you a replacement, no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any fitting and fixture costs.
