LED Neon flex is a flexible light tube designed to produce an ambient linear lighting effect and is perfect for single use display lighting. PVC totally diffused, ‘no shadow’ no spots and flexible.

It’s durable body allows for installations both in and outdoors where light water exposure may occur.  Pair with one of our RGB controllers for colour changing effects.

Horizontal bending with 3cm bending radius.

Neon Flex looks better than glass neon – and it opens all the environments where fragile Glass Neon cannot be used. As the name suggests, it is highly flexible. LED Neon Flex can be bent to a minimum radius of 3 cm, and can be cut easily to your desired lengths. One side power with maximum continuous length at any time is 20 metres.

Please Note: We are not able to offer refunds on cut lengths of Neon Flex, only for full 50m reels. If you order more than a 1 Metre length of Neon Flex you will receive a continuous run as it is taken from a 50m roll.

For a working Neon Flex installation you will need:

• Neon Flex LED
• 1 x Neon Flex Front Cap with Power Cable 3 Metre
• 1 x Neon Flex End Cap

We offer FREE economy 2-3 day delivery on all orders with no minimum order quantity. The Free Delivery is only in Mainland UK. All paid orders are shipped via one of our Next Working Day or 48hr delivery services. If ordered before 1 pm, Monday - Friday, your order will be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated*. We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well. Please note that the Next Day Delivery orders wont be delivered on Saturday, for Saturday Delivery please Saturday at the checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.

We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.

Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £80 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is that these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
