Description
xThe 8x16mm IP67 neon flex runs from a UK plug at 220V/240V mains. Comes as a full kit with plug, controller, and connectors. Choose your length up to multiple lengths.
The neon flex is fully silicone-injected inside the body. The injected silicone makes it more durable, more efficient, and gives a dotless smooth glow. The 8x16mm profile bends around corners and does 90-degree bends with a 1.5cm bending radius.
It is built to stay outside all year. The body handles sun, rain, and temperatures from -30°C to 50°C — fine in British winters, heavy rain, frost, and long damp spells. The light output is even and dot-free, suited to facades, garden borders, paths, signs, and wall details.
Install the neon flex where it will not sit under water. IP67 handles splashes, rain, and damp conditions, but it is not rated for permanent submersion in ponds, fountains, pools, or below ground level. If you cut it yourself, the IP67 seal is broken at the cut end unless you reseal it.
Want a low-voltage option? Our 8x16mm 24V and 48V neon flex uses a DC driver with longer continuous runs.
For a tidy finish, fit it in our 8x16mm aluminium profiles. They protect the strip, help it stay cool, and give a clean look.
Comes with a 1-year guarantee. An electrician should fit it, following BS7671.
The lights are custom cut as per your specific requirements.

We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using DPD or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.
Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £80 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is that these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
