RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using DPD or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.
Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £80 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is that these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
